Job Title: Assistant Care Manager
Hours of work: Full time (35 hours over on a rota basis to include a mixture of day shifts and afternoon -
Salary: Salary £27212 per annum for non-qualified applicants and £28123.00 including qualification for those with a level 3 Health & Social Care or equivalent.

The Job:


To provide a high quality and CQC compliant care service to residents within the Extra Care environment ensuring care workers are appropriately recruited, supervised and retained. In the absence of the manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the setting, including care and support planning, rotas, quality and compliance responsibilities and liaising with external agencies.

What you need:


" Minimum of a level 3 in health and social care, and commitment to work towards the level 4
" A high level of computer literacy
" Supervisory experience
" Good knowledge and understand of CQC guidelines and regulations
" Experience of staff organisation and rotas
" Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
" Passion and drive to make a difference to the lives of the people you support
" Commitment to personal and professional development, for yourself and your team
" Excellent time management
