We are working with a wonderful client based in Cardiff who are currently recruiting for Care Assistants for their residential home.

This is a full time position working 36 hours per week between the hours of 8am and 8pm.
As a Care Assistant you will provide the highest level of care at all times.

You will be observing and promoting the resident's dignity, privacy and independence. You will be working as part of a team and assisting with the duties and activities of the home.

You will be maintaining good professional relationships with the residents and their family and friends.

The skills and experience we are looking for:
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have good judgement, problem-solving, and decision making skills
Have a genuine interest in older people
The ability to work effectively within a team environment
NVQ Level 2, or working towards it.
