Location: North Coventry & Bedworth
Salary: £25,500-£27,000 (depending on experience)
Are you someone who thrives on making a real difference in people's lives while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? If you're experienced in domiciliary care and passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support, I'd love to hear from you.
Your new organisation doesn't believe in rushed visits or ticking boxes. They pride themselves on meaningful care - no short calls, no compromises. Every interaction matters.
What You'll Be Doing
As their new care coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of their service; balancing empathy with efficiency. Your role will include:
- Designing thoughtful, travel-aware schedules for our Care Assistants
- Matching clients with the right Care Assistant and arranging warm introductions
- Responding to last-minute changes with calm and clarity
- Building strong relationships with clients and staff alike
- Maintaining accurate records in our scheduling system
- Supporting recruitment and staffing needs
- Occasionally delivering care when needed, ensuring continuity and trust
- Participating in on-call duties on a rota basis
What they are looking for:
To thrive in this role, you'll need solid experience in domiciliary care and a proven track record coordinating rotas and care schedules. You should hold a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, and be confident working both independently and collaboratively. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential, as the role involves travel across North Coventry and Bedworth.
Why apply:
- No rushed visits - just quality time with clients
- A supportive, values-driven team
- Opportunities to grow and develop your leadership skills
- A role that blends care, coordination, and community impact
If you're ready to bring your experience and passion to a team that truly values quality care, I'd love to hear from you.
