Role: Deputy Domiciliary Care Manager
Salary: £26,200
Location: Bristol
Contract: Full time, 40 hours, Permanent

What the job includes:

• You`ll be supporting the Registered Manager and increase staff competence through training.
• You`ll be providing support to individuals in the absence of the support workers/ managers
• You`ll assist with staff inductions, rota management and undertake regular audits.
• You'll be supporting older adults and adults with learning disabilities across the Bristol and BANES area.

About yourself:

• You`ll have an extensive knowledge of CQC regulations.
• You`ll have experience working with adults with Learning disabilities and complex needs.
• You`ll have a level 3 in health and social care.
• You`ll need to be a Driver with your own car. You`ll be working across the outreach and supported living destinations.
