Committed and enthusiastic Support Worker needed for a Residential Children's Home to maintain and provide emotional security, happiness, and personal growth to young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs. As a Care Practitioner you will ensure the young people have a stable and secure home environment where they can thrive.
As a Residential Support Worker you will be joining one of the UK`s leading provider of specialist education and care, creating best possible outcomes for young people.

You will be actively involved in planning and participating in the homes recreational and social programme, providing guidance and counselling.

You will

- Be available for sleep-in duties if required
- Ability to participate in a range of activities with enthusiasm
- Requirement to achieve Level 3 Diploma for the Children & Young People's Workforce
- Full UK driving licence
- 40h per week on flexible Rota
