My client is currently opening a new Childrens home in the Stockport area for children with EBD. This service will be home to 3 users at the moment with potential scope for other users to be referred to the service. My client is currently looking for deputy childrens managers with a minimum of 2 years in that position with 3 years experience in a residential childrens setting or an experienced Children managers to lead the way on there new home.

To be successful for this role you must have a Level 5 leadership and management degree, You must have a driving license and access to your own car, have a minimum of 2 years experience within a deputy manager post but must have 3 years or more within a childrens residential environment , or be an experienced childrens home manager.

The role will be working Monday - Friday 10:00 - 18:00 and 1 in every 4 weekends you will be on call. There may be some circumstances where you need to work outside these hours if and when needed.
