Job title: Level 3 Children`s Residential Support Worker
Location: Stourbridge
Pay rate: 11.50ph
Contract Type: Part time to full time
An exciting opportunity has arisen to offer vital support to young people in a new residential home in the Burton area. A variety of day and night shifts available.

What the role involves:
- To ensure you always follow the safeguarding and child protection policy and procedure
-To provide advice, assistance, and support the children and young people in your care
-To act as an appropriate role model to achieve their potential
-Supporting children/young people with challenging behaviour and adopting de-escalation techniques
-Ensuring each Child / Young Persons` care plan is followed and amended as appropriate to reflect their changing needs

You must have:
-Care experience (6 months minimum)
-Level 3 Care qualification
-DBS update service (Desirable)
-Good written and verbal communication skills
