Brook Street Social Care is offering a new exciting and rewarding role as a Client Services Director within Supported Housing in Bath, covering the South-West.

You will be leading a regional portfolio of services across the Southwest by supporting all clients to reach their maximum potential. You will be Initiating, leading, and driving forward service improvements, system developments, initiatives, quality assurance and overseeing the effective management of services within a specified area.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Promote and lead innovation, piloting, and evaluation of new approaches to delivering high-quality client-facing accommodation and support.
" Actively lead on the development of trauma informed, client-centred services reflecting psychologically informed environments (PIE) principles.
" Contribute fully as a member of the Senior Operational Management Team to achieve organisational objectives, KPIs and standards across the designated region.
" Develop a strong and competent talent pipeline within all services and promote internal progression opportunities by developing staff teams and their capabilities through annual PDRs and Supervision meetings.

ABOUT YOU:
" You are BOLD, CREATIVE and VISIONARY.
" You understand housing management issues including Registered Provider responsibilities.
" You have relevant managerial qualification and leading skills
" You have a proven knowledge and understanding of the care and support requirements of people experiencing social exclusion
" You are HIGHLY MOTIVATED, ORGANISED and RESOURCFUL.

MUST HAVE:

" A valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
" Experience of overseeing regional budgets and delivering Value for Money at a regional level.
" Proven experience of leading homelessness, housing, health, care, or support services at a regional level which deliver positive outcomes for clients.
" Proven experience of leading regional teams through change and instilling a culture of excellence, teamwork, and high performance.
" Track record in identifying and developing new ways to improve services and deliver service innovation.
" Ability to drive within the region and stay overnight, if required.
