Job Advertisement: Deputy Care Manager (Fixed Term Contract)
Position: Deputy Care Manager
Contract: Fixed Term - 6 months
Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 per annum
Location: Cardiff

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Minimum of Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in a residential home for adults or a children's home.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within social care.
• Specialised Knowledge: Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, behaviours that challenge, and complex needs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A commitment to providing high-quality care and support for children and young people with autism.
