Deputy Manager - Leicester
£15.65/hr | £32,552/year | 40 hrs/week | Sleep-ins required.

My well respected client, who specialises in giving young people the best possible star in life is opening a warm, welcoming home for children and young people with learning disabilities - and they are looking for a Deputy Manager who is ready to make a real impact.

What you will do:

• Be a steady, inspiring presence for young people and your team.
• Support the day-to-day running of the home.
• Lead with compassion, confidence, and clarity.
• Step up when the Registered Manager is away.
• Help create a safe, nurturing space where everyone feels seen and valued.

What you will bring:

• A full UK manual driving licence.
• Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People's Workforce
• At least 1 years' experience as a Senior in a children's residential setting
• Flexibility for shifts, sleep-ins, weekends, and bank holidays
• A genuine passion for helping young people discover their strengths.
