Working for Brook Street social care you will be working for one of our clients who is a charity that supports adults with learning disabilities .

Alongside the Service Manager, you are responsible and accountable for monitoring,maintaining and providing the highest standards of clinical and personal support and service delivery,while promoting Independence .You will support the Service Manager to manager and ensure the delivery of the service's key quality and safety priorities by holding delegated responsibility in key areas of the day to day running of the supported living activity service .You will also have delegated responsibility for direct supervision and line management of a team of support workers .

Experience of service management

Minimum 12 months experience
