We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to empower individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and/or complex needs to live as independently as possible.

💼 What We Offer:

• Competitive pay: £12.21 - £14.00 per hour (based on experience & shifts)

• Temp-to-Perm route: Try the role and transition into a permanent position if it's the right fit!

🔍 About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you'll help individuals:

• With daily living tasks (personal care, meal prep, medication, etc.)

• Build skills and confidence to live independently

• Access the community and enjoy meaningful activities

• Achieve personal goals and live life to the fullest

✅ What You'll Need:

• Experience in care or support work is ideal - but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important

• Right to work in the UK

• A driving licence is a bonus, but not essential

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to undergo one)
