Role: FEMALE Support worker
Contract: Temp to Perm
Location: Dudley
Hours: 37.50 hours Full time over 7 days a week
Pay: TBC

Job Description:

Our client is looking for an experience support worker to support with taking care of service user who requires personal care in a supported living service

- Providing a hands-on assistance with daily care including personal care, mobility and meal preparation

- Offering emotional support and companionship to the service user

- Implementing care plans tailored to the service user needs and preferences

- A clear understanding of the CQC framework

- Documenting the service users progress and reporting any changes or concerns to the management team

- Administrating medication to the service user as and when required

- To be compassionate, empathetic and respectful to the service user within their home environment

-To have patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure

- Must have previous experience an minimum of month's in care giving or in similar roles

- Must have Medication and Manual handling training and certification dated within the last month's

- Must have an enhanced DBS on update service
-Driver essential due to working weekends and lack of public transport
- Working towards a minimum of Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care
