Location: Bristol Job Type: Full-time | Part-time
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate General Assistant / Support Worker to provide essential care and support to residents in Bristol. This role is vital in maintaining a welcoming and comfortable environment while assisting with daily tasks.
About the Role:
As a General Assistant / Support Worker, you will work across multiple departments, supporting residents with their daily needs and ensuring the home is maintained to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:
Carrying out housekeeping duties to keep the home tidy and clean
Providing an efficient and effective laundry service for residents
Supporting mealtimes, assisting residents as required
Working collaboratively with colleagues to create a happy and caring atmosphere
Whether you are dusting a resident's room and reminiscing with them, preparing vegetables for a curry night, or ironing a resident's favourite pair of trousers, you will do so with care at the heart of everything you do.
