Health & Safety Coordinator

Do you thrive in a safety-focused environment?



Seeking for a Facilities Coordinator to ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and legal compliance across our properties. You will work closely with our team to manage reports, contractors, and maintenance while upholding health and safety regulations within social housing system (homelessness).

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate on legal compliance for our buildings.
  • Maintain positive relationships with building owners.
  • Oversee repairs & maintenance, keeping everyone informed.
  • Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations.
  • Supervise the Facilities Admin/Reception team.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • A valid UK driving license & car (business insurance required).
  • Knowledge of compliance for social housing & corporate buildings.
  • Understanding of health and safety legislation.
