Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Document and track all support requests using our ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex issues as necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Contribute to the development of support documentation and FAQs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Basic networking knowledge is advantageous.
