Job Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support to customers via phone, email, and chat.

- Document and track all support requests using our ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues as necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Contribute to the development of support documentation and FAQs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Strong understanding of computer systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Basic networking knowledge is advantageous.
