High Stability Housing Officer - Part Time

Location: Bristol
Hours: 24 hours per week
Pay: £16.81 per hour
Contract Type: Temp until April 2026

Are you passionate about supporting people to rebuild their lives and achieve lasting independence? We're looking for a dedicated and empathetic High Stability Housing Officer to join our team in Bristol, working within a recovery-focused housing service that helps individuals transition into stable, independent living.

About the Role

As a High Stability Housing Officer, you'll provide tailored support to residents living in supported accommodation, helping them develop the skills and confidence needed to maintain long-term tenancies. You'll work closely with individuals who may be overcoming homelessness, addiction, or mental health challenges, guiding them through their journey toward independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a keyworker for a small caseload of residents, developing and reviewing personalised support plans
  • Support clients with daily living skills such as budgeting, cooking, and maintaining their homes
  • Liaise with external agencies to coordinate care and access services
  • Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment within the accommodation
  • Assist clients in finding and transitioning to move-on housing
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to service development

About You

You'll be a compassionate and proactive individual with experience in housing, social care, or support work. You'll have excellent communication skills, a non-judgemental approach, and the ability to build trusting relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.

What We Offer

  • A supportive team environment
  • Opportunities for training and development
  • Flexible working hours
  • The chance to make a real difference in people's lives
