Brook Street recruitment are working with their esteemed public sector client to recruit a home allowances administrator to assist with an extremely important project within the organisation.

You will be responsible for administering the handling of claims for UK based allowances.

The person

  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, administrative skills.
  • Recruitment and general administration, good organisation skills and ability to prioritise.
  • Customer engagement and communication: excellent customer service is essential to our work across all teams.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent mailbox management
  • Knowledge and information management: maintaining excel spreadsheets, databases, records and desk notes.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good Team working and stakeholder engagement

    To be successful in this role you will have to be fully referenced for 3 years, pass a basic Disclosure Scotland as well as be successful in Government SC clearances checks.
