Temporary - expected to last 10 months

Brook Street recruitment are working with their esteemed public sector client to recruit a home allowances administrator to assist with an extremely important project within the organisation.
You will be responsible for administering the handling of claims for UK based allowances.
The person
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, administrative skills.
- Recruitment and general administration, good organisation skills and ability to prioritise.
- Customer engagement and communication: excellent customer service is essential to our work across all teams.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent mailbox management
- Knowledge and information management: maintaining excel spreadsheets, databases, records and desk notes.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Good Team working and stakeholder engagement
To be successful in this role you will have to be fully referenced for 3 years, pass a basic Disclosure Scotland as well as be successful in Government SC clearances checks.
