Homelessness Support Worker

£12.00ph

• Full time [37.5 hrs] | Temporary approx. 2 months
• Valid driver's licence and access to vehicle
• Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
• Covering Weymouth
• Working with clients with complex needs / challenging behaviours.
• Clients have a history of substance abuse.
• Tasks include, welfare checks, room checks, property checks, general health & safety, supporting clients with appointments, logging case notes, managing emails, keeping client records up to date, assisting with support plans and risk assessments.
