Job Role: Hostel Support Worker
Job Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: £11.50-£12.50ph
Shifts: Days and night
Service: Hostel / Supported Accommodation

As one of the largest social care agencies in the UK, Brook Street Social Care have some exciting short- and long-term opportunities for Support Workers within homelessness services and hostels.

You will be working as part of a team to assist clients and staff with everyday tasks including:
- You will build trust and provide person-centred support and advocacy.
- You will work intensively with people to develop a positive relationship, supporting people in
unboundaried.
- To main good working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Undertake development activities.
- Supporting in searching for a home / setting up tenancy.
- Assist in arranging appointments with relevant professionals involved in the clients support.

Right to work requirements - Must have experience working within the housing sector
- United Kingdom (required)
- 6 months U.K experience
