Housing Officer

As a Housing Officer, you'll be providing essential housing and support services to individuals facing challenging circumstances. This varied role involves working across Northampton, supporting residents in properties.

Job Title: Housing Officer

Job Type: Full-time, Temporary
o Monday - Friday / 08:00 - 16:00 or 09:00 - 17:00 (35 Hours per week)
o 28 Days Annual Leave (No Weekends)

Salary: £13.50 per hour

Location: Northamptonshire

Key responsibilities include:
" Managing and maintaining properties
" Preventing and managing rent arrears
" Offering support and guidance to residents
" Building strong partnerships with relevant organisations

Essential Criteria:
o Enhanced DBS clearance
o Experience in housing or homelessness support
o Life Experience, People Skills, Empathetic, De-escalation
" Full Clean Driving License
