HOMELESSNESS SUPPORT WORKER

We're looking for a passionate Supported Housing Worker to join our team in Salisbury! Empower single homeless adults to gain independence and build a brighter future.

Responsibilities:

• Support clients with low-to-medium needs on their journey to independence.
• Develop and manage client support plans.
• Ensure client safety and well-being.
• Build strong relationships and provide essential resources.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with vulnerable adults a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A valid UK driving license & access to a car with business insurance (for travel roles).
