• Provide person-centred care and daily living support (e.g. cooking, shopping, personal care).

• Encourage independence and help individuals achieve their personal goals.

• Support people to take part in community and social activities.

• Work closely with families, colleagues, and professionals to deliver the best care possible.

• Compassionate, patient, and understanding.

• Able to build positive, trusting relationships.

• Previous experience in care or support work is great - but your attitude and empathy matter most.
