Position: Live-In Care Manager
Location: Cardiff

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the live-in care side of our business
• Ensure the highest standard of care is provided to the clients
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of live-in carers
• Develop care plans and ensure they are implemented effectively
• Maintain excellent communication with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Previous management experience in live-in care is essential
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Compassionate and dedicated to providing exceptional care

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
