Brook Street Social Care are looking for a qualified Manager to cover a Extra Care management position covering 2 services in the Bristol area. This is a unique and rewarding opportunity for an experienced manager to lead and inspire the core team to ensure that the very best support is provided.

Service 1 contains 8 one bedroom flats and thirteen 2 bedroom flats all self contained. can offer personal care, domestic help and a meal service if required.

Service 2 contains 50+ 1-2 bedroom properties.
