Mental Health Service Manager - Staffordshire & Telford
Salary: Up to £40000 with generous car allowance

Setting: Home-based with travel

Opportunity for an experienced Service Manager in the mental health support sector, delivering bespoke care packages to individuals in their own homes across Staffordshire and Telford.

You'll oversee a significant number of commissioned hours weekly across multiple sites, manage 30+ staff, and ensure services are safe, compliant, and financially sound. This role combines operational leadership, budget accountability, and team development.

What you'll need:

• 3+ years in operational leadership
• A minimum of a Level 4 qualification in Leadership/Management
• Strong understanding of mental health, learning disabilities, and complex needs
• Budget and P&L management experience
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Flexibility to work unsociable hours and take part in on-call rota
