Job Description

Are you seeking a new permanent opportunity to work as a Waking Night Supprt Worker?
Do you have a passion and interest to want to support people with a mental health illness?

If so please read on as we are seeking a Waking Night Recovery Worker to work with adults with mental health issues.
Working for a national mental health charity with services nationwide, this role will be to work at one of their crisis support services in Blackpool.

The role:
Duties and responsibilities will be to provide support within a 6 bedded service which provides a holistic therapeutic support model that works to prevent hospital admissions. You will be supporting with personalised support, health & safety checks, 1-1 support, liaise with external agencies where needed.

The ideal candidate:
Ideally you will have worked in a similar setting before, and supported adults with mental health and complex needs, however it's not essential. What is, is to have the the right values and behaviours and the passion to want to help make a difference. You will also be competent at writing reports and maintaining accurate reports.

This opportunity is based on a 37.5 hour working week on a rota basis on night shifts. It's permanent and will offer a great benefits package including training, scope for career progression, well-being support, pension scheme, incentives and more.
