Night Support Worker - Cornwall

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Night Support Workers with experience in dementia and end-of-life care to provide essential overnight support to clients in Cornwall. In this role, you will offer vital assistance, ensuring clients receive high-quality care throughout the night while promoting their dignity and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overnight support, monitoring client's well-being and responding to their needs.

• Assist with personal care tasks such as dressing, bathing, and grooming as required.

• Offer companionship and reassurance to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.

• Administer light household tasks to maintain a clean and organised space.

• Support mobility needs, including safe transfers and equipment use.

• Document and report any significant changes in the client's condition.

• Provide specialised care for individuals with dementia, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Support clients and families with compassionate end-of-life care, ensuring dignity and comfort.

Qualifications & Experience

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in UK home care (required).

• Experience in dementia and end-of-life care (required).

• English language proficiency (required).

• Valid Driving Licence (required).
