Role: Night Support Worker
Pay Rate: £12.34 per hour
Location: Bristol

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Night Support Worker to join our team in Bristol. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our service users overnight, ensuring their safety and well-being. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing emotional support to service users
• Monitoring CCTV for any unusual activity
• Taking calls from internal and external customers or agencies
• Ensuring the service is set up and ready for the morning
• Taking detailed notes and reports if any incidents occur
• Cleaning and maintaining communal areas

Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• At least 6 months of experience in a similar service/setting
• Legal right to work in the UK
• Ability to work waking nights
• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
• Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check required (being on the update service is even better)
