Job role: Operations Manager - Supported Living and residential care services for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs
Location: Warwickshire and South Birmingham - full UK driving licence is essential
Salary: C. £50000 and generous care allowance

- Oversee multiple services across the Coventry, Leamington Spa, and South Birmingham areas.
- Drive operational excellence and innovation to enhance the quality of life for individuals with learning disabilities.
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver outstanding care and support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic initiatives for growth and improvement.

- Proven experience in senior/multi-site management within the social care sector.
- Proven experience across residential and supported living care and support

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower others.

- Hold a relevant care management qualification
- Be a driver, with access to your own vehicle and be committed to covering multiple sites
