The Role:
We are recruiting for an exciting role with a local produce company as Production Operative. This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a team on site. This role will involve a variety of tasks such as washing, trimming, grading, and packing up the harvested produce - ensuring that the produce is all good quality and suitable to be put to sale in local shops.
Please Note: Working hours are variable, from 07:00 (until 18:00-19:00 depending on business needs.) No previous experience is necessary as a Production Operative/Warehouse Operative as full training is provided. Full and Part time hours are available across Monday to Saturday.

What will be your primary responsibilities?

" Manually handling goods and packets
" Working part of a team to ensure efficiencies and production SLAs are met
" Stacking boxes onto pallets
" Checking products meet quality standards
" Comply with all health & safety, QA, and technical procedures
" Reporting any faults which affect the efficient running of food quality production
" Reporting any contaminated produce to your Line Leader immediately
