Job Description
Are you seeking a new permanent opportunity to support adults with mental health issues? Exciting new opportunities for Recovery Workers to provide support to adults with mental health needs.
Working for a leading mental health charity we are seeking skilled Recovery Workers to work within a supported accommodation service for males and females with mental health issues.
The role:
- To provide support to adults with mental health supporting with day to day support
- Work with individualised support plans, offering therapeutic and practical support
- Support with any medication needs where required
- Be flexible to work on a rota basis including early, late and sleep in shifts
The ideal person:
- Ideally you will have experience of supporting adults with mental health needs
- Be flexible, proactive and a good team player
- Have a positive attitude and the ability to communicate well with people, both verbal and written
- Good IT skills and ability to produce accurate report writing. Hold strong values and have a genuine interest in supporting people with mental health needs.
- Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care

For all assignments completed with the North West Temporary Team, you are guaranteed a minimum hourly wage of £12. Additionally, if you work an average of 30 hours per week or more, you are eligible for bonus payments that increase your minimum hourly rate to £13 (terms and conditions apply).
