Job Ad: Recovery Worker

Location: Hyde
Salary: £23,400 per annum

Shifts include ealies, lates and sleep in shifts

The Role

As a Recovery Worker, you will:

• Inspire and support the people who use our services to maintain their tenancy and independence.
• Work with individuals to create personal support plans tailored to their goals and aspirations.
• Help clients develop essential skills, such as domestic and financial management.
• Support access to work, leisure, and educational opportunities.

About You

No prior experience is required - full training will be provided. However, an understanding of mental health issues and/or lived experience is highly valued.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Caring and compassionate.
• Empathetic and enthusiastic about helping others.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on a weekly rota system, including on-call duties.
