Job Description

Title: Regional Manager - West Midlands
Location: This post will be based out of a hub office in Shropshire
Hours: Full time (38 hours per week)
Salary: £36,146 - £39,019 plus £1000 car allowance per.

I currently have a fantastic opportunity to join a charitable provider of care and support for adults with learning disabilities.


Joining the senior management team, you will be reporting directly into the head of care and support, you will be a key member of the support function of the business and lead your team to excellence across your region as an Regional Manager.


You will play a key role in the management, development, and improvement of your services. You will develop relationships with commissioners, external agencies, and key stakeholders, provide leadership to your team and lead from the front. You will be promoting inclusion by ensuring the people you support are included in recruitment, policy reviews and the implementation of policies and procedures. You will also hold CQC registration and attend senior management meetings reporting budgets and stats to the board.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and passionate manager that is looking for their next opportunity and challenge.


To be considered for this fantastic opportunity you must have a strong background in the learning disabilities adult social care, you must hold your NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management, be flexible to participate in the emergency on call and be a driver.
