We seek a passionate leader to manage multiple supported living sites for individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a large Team
• Ensure regulatory compliance and financial performance
• Develop and implement effective care plans

Requirements:

• Leadership experience in care
• Relevant qualification
• Strong management and communication skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
