Position: Children's Home Registered Manager
Salary: £40,500 - £43,500 (Increasing to £46,500 after 1 year)

- As the Children's Home Registered Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people within our home. You will lead a dedicated team to ensure the well-being, safety, and development of all residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the children's home
- Developing and implementing care plans tailored to the individual needs of each resident
- Providing strong leadership and support to the staff team
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Building positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
- Promoting a nurturing and inclusive environment for children and young people to thrive
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a managerial role within a children's residential setting
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality care and support
