Position: Registered Manager - Children's Home
Location: Aberdare
Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the children's home, ensuring a high standard of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of care professionals, fostering a supportive and positive environment.
• Work closely with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for the children and young people in care.
• Ensure that the home provides a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment that meets the individual needs of each child.
• Implement and maintain effective quality assurance systems to monitor and improve service delivery.

Requirements:

• Must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a children's residential setting.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and standards related to children's homes.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for working with children and young people, with a commitment to their welfare and development.
