I am working with a leading and well-respected domiciliary care provider based in Walsall, West Midlands. They are committed to delivering high-quality care and support services to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Their dedicated team of care and support staff strives to make a positive difference in the lives of our service users every day.

They are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Care Manager to join their team. As the Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring the delivery of person-centred care that meets the needs of the people they support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of care professionals, including recruitment, training, and supervision.
- Develop care plans in collaboration with service users, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews of service user needs and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Monitor the quality of care provided and implement improvements as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Foster positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Shared on call
- Requirement to spend time in the community if required, including referrals and assessments, staff supervisions and occasionally, delivering care

Requirements:
- You will be able to demonstrate success as a registered manager, care manager, deputy manager or care coordinator within domiciliary care services.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in social care.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise tasks.
- A commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care.
