About the Role

As Registered Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of services across several locations, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and team performance. You'll play a key role in shaping service delivery, mentoring staff, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage operations across multiple services
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC and all regulatory requirements
  • Recruit, develop, and support a high-performing care team
  • Build strong partnerships with families, professionals, and commissioners
  • Drive service improvements and innovation
  • Support the mobilisation of new tenders and contracts

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience managing domiciliary and/or supported living services
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and care regulations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to grow services and mobilise new contracts
  • Marketing and networking experience
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
