About the Role
As Registered Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of services across several locations, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and team performance. You'll play a key role in shaping service delivery, mentoring staff, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage operations across multiple services
- Ensure full compliance with CQC and all regulatory requirements
- Recruit, develop, and support a high-performing care team
- Build strong partnerships with families, professionals, and commissioners
- Drive service improvements and innovation
- Support the mobilisation of new tenders and contracts
What We're Looking For:
- Experience managing domiciliary and/or supported living services
- In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and care regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to grow services and mobilise new contracts
- Marketing and networking experience
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
