Ofsted Registered Manager - 16-18 Supported Accommodation

£40,000-£50,000 per annum

Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday

Seeking a passionate leader for a brand new supported living home!

What you will do:
" Lead a new supported accommodation home in Staffordshire.
" Oversee the day-to-day management of the service.
" Ensure high-quality care, in line with Osted regulations.
" Fostering a safe & nurturing environment.
" Recruit staff team, ensuring all training is provided in line with Ofsted requirements.
" Manage budgets & ensure efficient service delivery.

About You:
" Level 5 in Leadership & Management.
" Managerial experience within a Children or Young People`s setting.
" Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations & legislation.
" Excellent leadership, communication & organisation skills.
" Compassionate & empathetic with a commitment to improving young lives.
