This is a growing service provider for adults with autism and complex needs. You will be part of an exciting new project - opening a brand new site in Preston, later in the spring.

This is role for a Registered Manager. You will be responsible for day to day management, innermost in setting up the new service, and with the involvement in the recruitment of the new staff team. You will be working to the organisational policies and procedures and will have experience of managing within a similar setting. You will also be responsible for managing the staff once recruited and being registered for the service. You will be able to demonstrate knowledge of working within registered/supported living services for adults with learning disability, complex needs and autism.

You will be an approachable, confident and honest individual. You will have knowledge of the relevant frameworks and be able to demonstrate experience of managing between 1000 and 2000 hours per week. Your determination and hard work to make a difference will be key to success of the service.

Qualifications required will be Level 5 in Leadership & Management or working towards this.

Excellent remuneration package available of £50000 salary per annum plus benefits and ongoing career progression opportunities.
