Registered Manager Wanted for Established Residential Service in Erdington!
Sector: Learning disabilities and complex needs
Hours of work: Full time with shared on call requirements
Salary: £35000 to £37000

Are you a dedicated leader with a passion for empowering others? I am on the lookout for a dynamic Registered Manager to join an established 8-bedded residential service for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in Erdington.

**Established Service:** Step into an established service in Erdington which provides care and support to adults with complex needs, creating a safe and nurturing environment they can call home.

**Impactful Leadership:** Lead by example and make a real difference in the lives of your residents. As the Registered Manager, you`ll have the opportunity to inspire and support a dedicated team, ensuring each individual receives the personalised care and attention they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential service
- Lead and motivate a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality support
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents
