Are you a passionate and experienced care leader?
We're seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to join our growing team based in Werrington, Peterborough.
About the Role: As our Registered Manager, you'll play a crucial role in:
- Leading and Inspiring: Overseeing a team of Service Managers and supporting staff.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhering to CQC regulations and best practice standards.
- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks to service users' well-being.
- Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing service improvement plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and supporting a team of Service Managers.
- Conducting assessments and developing personalised care plans.
- Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding procedures.
- Managing budgets and resources effectively.
- Building strong relationships with service users, families, and external agencies.

What You'll Need:
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.

- A valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
