Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Provide direction and support to a team of staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Safeguarding: Ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people, proactively managing child protection concerns.
• Care Champion: Develop and implement individualised care plans that meet the social, emotional, and educational needs of each resident.
• Team Builder: Recruit, train, supervise, and appraise staff, fostering their professional development.
• Resourceful Manager: Manage budgets effectively and ensure the smooth operation of the home and its grounds.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with parents, carers, and other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for young people.
