Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Manager looking for a new and rewarding challenge? OR

A skilled and experienced deputy manager seeking to take on their first role as a registered manager.
Look no further! I have a unique opportunity to join a dynamic start-up domiciliary and supported living provider, dedicated to delivering exceptional care across Birmingham and Solihull.

You will be the guiding force for this new service and will be committed to providing person-centred care that empowers individuals to live independently and with dignity. As a forward-thinking start-up, your new company is committed to creating a positive and supportive environment for both their clients and team. They are on a mission to redefine the standards of care delivery and need an enthusiastic and skilled Registered Manager to help them succeed.

Role Overview:
As the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our organization. Your responsibilities will include:
" Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our domiciliary and supported living services.
" Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting a culture of excellence in care delivery.
" Building and leading a passionate and skilled care team.
" Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, their families, and external stakeholders.
" Implementing quality assurance measures to enhance service delivery.

I am seeking a Registered Manager with:

" Proven experience in domiciliary and/or supported living management (You could be a deputy manager looking to step up or a registered manager seeking a new challenge)
" Relevant qualifications and a deep understanding of CQC regulations.
" Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
" The ability to innovate and drive positive change.
" A commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care.
" Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
" Resilience, drive, motivation, and excellent business acumen
