Job Description
Position: Registered Manager - Mental Health
Location: Moseley/Kings Heath Birmingham
Salary: Circa £32000 with on call allowance
Hours of work: Full time hours, with shared on call responsibilities
Are you a dedicated and passionate individual with experience in supporting adults with mental health diagnoses and associated needs? I have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Manager to join a dynamic team and make a real impact across the services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of two sites, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and support.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for both service users and staff.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategic plans for growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and uphold the highest quality of care.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in a deputy or registered manager role within a similar CQC registered setting.
- A commitment to high-quality care and support.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and requirements.
- Hold the NVQ Level 3 in health and social care as a minimum and be willing to secure the level 5 in leadership and management.
- Be flexible and committed to sharing the on-call rota
