Job Title: Registered Care Manager

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £38,000

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

I am currently recruiting for a leading provider of high-quality care services, within learning disabilities and mental health, who are dedicated to enhancing the lives of their clients.

I am seeking to recruit a dedicated and experienced Registered Care Manager to join their team and register with CQC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a team of care professionals

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and supervise the delivery of care services.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual client needs.

- Lead, mentor, and support a team of care staff.

- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided.

- Liaise with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation.

**Requirements:**

- Registered Care Manager qualification.

- Proven experience in a similar role.

- Strong leadership and management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- In-depth knowledge of care regulations and standards.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
