Job Title: Residential Support Workers
Type of contract: Full time (40 hours per week) , permanent
Location: Peterborough
Salary: 26,000 - 29,000


Our client is looking for committed, vibrant and highly motivated Residential Workers to support young people with Emotional Behavioural Disorders.

Our client provides a safe, nurturing environment for children and young people where every day is different. They provide a variety of activities and experiences, promote positive friendships and provide emotional support. This role can be both challenging and rewarding and will require a high level of resilience and flexibility to be able to respond to the needs of the service.

The ideal candidate will have:
A NVQ/QCF level 3 in caring for Children and Young People is desirable but not essential.
Experience in working with children and young people.
A driving licence or ability to safely commute to the service

26,000 - 29,000
