Salary & Enhancements
£27,711, rising incrementally to £30,060 (pro rata for part-time)
Additional enhancements for unsocial hours and sleeping-in duties

Your responsibilities will include:
Creating a safe, caring and supportive living environment
Building positive, trusting relationships with children and young people
Supporting personal development, education, and life skills

What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A good standard of literacy and numeracy, with basic computer literacy
A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care (or equivalent) - or the commitment to achieving it (we cover the course fees!)
Recent experience supporting children or young people with emotional or behavioural needs - through work, volunteering, placements, or personal life
Excellent communication and listening skills, strong teamwork, and emotional intelligence
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, bank holidays, and waking nights
