Job Description

£10.00 per hour

I'm looking for a small team of residential support workers to work with young people aged between 11 - 21 years old, the students need support with their emotions, behaviours, accessing the community and school.

Duties include organising activities, managing challenging behaviour, promoting their independence, offering emotional support and support around the house.

You will need experience working working in residential care settings as some of the young people will need a lot of support from time to time. The homes are staffed 24/7 so being able to do sleep ins will be essential. Mon - Fri the days start at 16:00 and over the weekends the days start at 8:00.

This is a rewarding and challenging role and all the students need a therapeutic approach. Being a driver is important but not essential.
